Do I need to be home when the technicians arrive?
Totally up to you. When possible, it’s always nice to meet our clients and have you show us around.
When will you arrive at my house?
On your scheduled day, technicians will arrive within the 2 hour window you received on the day of booking. We do our best to arrive at the beginning of the window. If we are later than the 2 hour window, client services will reach out and let you know.
How long will the technicians be at my house?
The average size home, with average cleaning needs, with bi-weekly service, takes about 1 ½ -2 hours for a team of 2 to complete. Working in teams of 2 to 4 means we can complete your service faster, meaning less disruption in your home.
Will I have the same technician for every clean?
We try our very best to make sure the same technicians are there for every visit. When things happen, if possible, we send in another crew, so as to not disrupt your cleaning schedule. If needed we will try to reschedule at your convenience. With our booking service, we are able to make notes on your profile. So no matter who cleans your home, they will always know your preferences.
Do I need to put my pets away?
We love pets! If your fur babies are ok with us moving fast and doing our thing, then no need to put them away. Do what you feel is best for them.
